What's new

Improvements that actually shipped, newest first. For help using any of it, the guides have you covered.

July 2026

The site now speaks four languages

  • Spanish, Portuguese, and German versions of the site are live at iplayertv.com/es, /pt, and /de — pricing, activation, help, and legal pages included.
  • The language switcher in the top bar now takes you to the same page in the language you pick, with a shareable URL.

July 2026

Setup guides library

  • New step-by-step guides: setting up on Roku, setting up on Android TV, Xtream Codes vs M3U explained, a practical troubleshooting checklist, and a plain-language intro to what an IPTV player is (and isn’t).

July 2026

About page and content policy

  • Published who we are and how we work at /about.
  • Published our content policy and DMCA process at /dmca — IPlayerTV ships no content, and the policy spells out exactly what that means and how rights holders can reach us.

July 2026

Device security hardening

  • Tightened per-device authentication so each paired device uses its own credentials end to end. No action needed — devices updated themselves on their next check-in.

July 2026

Fairer subscription moves

  • Fixed an issue where moving a subscription to a new device could count against the yearly allowance longer than intended. Moves now correctly roll off after 12 months — two moves per rolling year, as documented.

July 2026

Audio track switching on Roku

  • Streams that carry more than one audio language can now be switched during playback on Roku — press OK during playback to open the controls.
