• Playback progress and favourites, so the app can resume playback and keep your lists in sync

• Technical logs required for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention
• Recent searches made inside the app are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers

Payments are handled by external providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.

9. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app: open Settings and choose "Delete account". This removes the pairing and the data associated with your device from our servers and wipes the credentials stored on the device.

You can also request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing contact@iplayertv.com from the email address linked to your account. We will process the request and confirm once completed, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
