2. Service purpose

IPlayerTV is a standalone media player. We do not host or distribute channels, movies, or playlists.

You are responsible for the sources you add and for compliance with local law.

Streams play directly from your provider to your device — we do not route that traffic through our servers, and those connections are often plain HTTP because that is how providers serve them.

3. Data we may collect

• Account details such as email address
• Device identifiers required for activation and pairing — depending on the device, a hardware identifier such as a MAC address or a TV device id, an app-specific Android device ID, or a value derived from your computer's Windows installation identifier
• Crash reports containing the error details, device model, and operating system version
• Playback progress and favourites, so the app can resume playback and keep your lists in sync
• Payment-related metadata provided by payment processors
• Technical logs required for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention
• Recent searches made inside the app are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers

5. Payments

Payments are handled by external providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.

9. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account and its data yourself at iplayertv.com/account/delete: sign in, ask for a confirmation link, and open it from the email we send to the address on the account.

Deletion removes your paired devices, playlists, favourites, watch history and any paid access. We keep only the payment records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

If you can no longer sign in, email contact@iplayertv.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you.
