We do not provide channels, playlists, streams, subscriptions, or any other content with the application.

2. Activation and device identification

The application displays the device MAC address and the official website URL. These details are required to activate a license for the selected period.

Each device is licensed individually and activation is tied to the corresponding MAC address.

3. Trial and supported devices

The app may include a 7-day free trial on supported devices.

4. Content responsibility

Users must provide their own playlists or content sources.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content used with the application complies with applicable law and copyright rules.

5. Limitation of responsibility

IPlayerTV does not endorse, promote, or affiliate with content providers.

We are not responsible for the legality, quality, availability, or interruptions of any third-party content used in the player.

6. License duration and refunds

Available activation durations may include 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years depending on the product offer.

After activation is completed and these terms are accepted, no refunds are granted unless required by law.

7. Fraud policy

If stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods are detected, the related MAC address may be permanently banned and the originating IP may be reported to processors or authorities.

8. Changes

We may update these terms, pricing, supported devices, or service functionality at any time.
