IPlayerTV is a standalone media player. The application ships without any channels, streams, films, series, or playlists, and we do not sell, index, advertise, or recommend content sources.
Everything that appears inside the app comes from a playlist the user supplies from a provider of their own choice. Content licensing is a matter between the user and that provider.
Our servers do not host or distribute audiovisual content. We process the playlist a user provides solely to deliver that user’s own list to that user’s paired devices; playlists are not published, shared between accounts, or made available to anyone else.
If you are a rights holder and believe an IPlayerTV user is using the player in connection with infringing material, or that anything we publish infringes your rights, email contact@iplayertv.com with the subject line "DMCA".
We review complete notices promptly. Where a report shows that a user is violating our terms of use, we may warn the user or suspend or terminate the associated account or devices.
Where the reported material is operated by a third-party provider rather than by us, we will say so in our reply — the effective remedy in that case lies with the provider or its host.
Accounts repeatedly involved in substantiated violations of our terms are terminated.
Please do not misuse this process: knowingly false notices can carry legal liability for the sender.
